The GTF is a co-operating member of Performing Arts and Dance of the Deutscher
Kulturrat e.V. This, the German Board of Culture, is the chief organisation of all
German cultural associations. It is a key reference point for politics and The GTF is a member of Dachverband Konferenz Tanz. This is the principal association of dance in Germany.The Gesellschaft für Tanzforschung is represented by Claudia Feest. |
The GTF is also a member of the Internationalen TheaterInstitut ITI (www.itigermany. de). The ITI is a worldwide international network of theatre makers, supported by UNESCO (www.unesco.org) for 45 years. It promotes mutual exchanges of all theatre-active individuals around the world. Currently, the ITI is represented in over 90 countries within individual national centres. The Gesellschaft für Tanzforschung is represented by Claudia Feest. |
Die GTF ist Mitglied im Conseil International de la Danse CID / Nationales Kommitee der Bundesrepublik Deutschland e.V. Der CID ist die einzige von der UNESCO als NGO anerkannte Tanzorganisation. Dem CID geht es vor allem um den Erhalt des Weltkulturerbes. |
Die GTF ist Mitglied im Dachverband Tanz in Deutschland - Ständigen Konferenz Tanz (SKTanz) Sie versteht sich als Lobby für den Tanz in Deutschland. Sie nimmt die bundesweite Koordination von Belangen des künstlerischen Tanzes wahr und setzt sich auf politischer Ebene und im Verwaltungsbereich für tänzerische Anliegen ein. Ziel ist es, die Anerkennung von Tanz national und international zu verbessern, diese Kunstform für ein breites Publikum zu öffnen und somit dauerhaft und stabil in der Gesellschaft zu verankern.
