Annual Research Topic

Through its annual research topic, the Society for Dance Research focuses on one specific area of current research in dance with high societal relevance. The annual research topic can be understood as a common thread that links together all of the Society's events of one year and culminates in the annual symposium.

During the symposium, the annual research topic will be examined and discussed with national and international researchers, artists, and pedagogues in the field of dance. We look forward to your suggestions and cooperation in this venture.
